Our day two stop in Atlanta at John and Gina's

 Day two stop turned into a weekend stop in Atlanta as we had alot of catching up to do with John and Gina, and their 3 dogs, since they left Brussels.

A Mosel River Wine Cruise

 Another nice day so we hopped on a champagne cruise through the wine country along the Mosel River in Remich with John and Gina. Germany is on one side of the river, Luxembourg on the other. My flat where I stay during the week is in one of these pictures. Lots of tourists today with the weather being so nice this early.

Visit to the American Cemetary in Luxembourg

 With John and Gina visiting us from Atlanta, we went to the American Cemetary in Luxembourg the day after Easter. General Patton is buried here. It's located right next to my office.

Halloween in Atlanta

I've been terrible about getting stuff up, as have been very busy. We spent Halloween weekend in Atlanta with our friends John and Gina who recently left Europe as Gina got transferred back to UPS corporate in Atlanta. We had a great time catching up, and it was my first Halloween in the states.....the Americans like to do it up! It was fun seeing all the children dressed up and begging for bonbons.

It was a gorgeous weekend and were out on the lake on John's boat and at the Florida State and Georgia Tech football game and I recieved my first experience of tailgating.

We miss them both in Brussels though.

This is what they call tailgating, which I kind of see as an excuse to eat and drink, and mostly drink!
